How do I book a transfer service?

Booking a transfer is simple and can be done in a few steps:

  1. Fill out our online booking form with your pickup and destination locations
  2. Select your preferred vehicle type
  3. Choose your date and time
  4. Enter your personal details
  5. Confirm your booking

After submission, you'll receive a confirmation message through WhatsApp where you can finalize your booking details with our team.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak tourist seasons. However, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

For large groups or multiple vehicles, booking 1-2 weeks in advance is advised to guarantee availability.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Modifications to your booking are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments if there are changes to the route or vehicle type.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash payment to the driver (Turkish Lira, Euro, Pound or USD)
  • Bank transfer
  • Bank transfer to IBAN

For cash payments, please note that our drivers may not always have change for large bills, so we recommend having smaller denominations available.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For standard transfers, no deposit is required. We operate on a pay-on-arrival basis, meaning you can pay the driver directly when you reach your destination.

For specialized services, such as multi-day bookings or large group transfers, we may request a 20% deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Are there any additional fees?

The price you see during booking includes all standard fees such as:

  • Driver service
  • Fuel costs
  • All taxes
  • Standard waiting time (60 minutes for airport pickups, 30 minutes for other locations)

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time beyond the standard allowance
  • Additional stops along the route
  • Special requests such as child seats or extra luggage

Any additional costs will be clearly communicated before confirming your booking.

Do you provide airport pickup services?

Yes, we specialize in airport transfers to and from all major airports in Turkey, including:

  • Istanbul Airport (IST)
  • Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW)
  • Antalya Airport (AYT)
  • Dalaman Airport (DLM)
  • Bodrum Airport (BJV)
  • Izmir Airport (ADB)

For airport pickups, our drivers monitor flight arrivals in real-time and adjust for any delays. We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands to allow for customs and baggage collection.

Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a personalized sign displaying your name.

Do you offer child seats?

We offer:

  • Infant seats (0-1 years)
  • Toddler seats (1-4 years)
  • Booster seats (4-12 years)

All our child seats meet European safety standards.

Can I request a specific pickup time?

Yes, you can specify your preferred pickup time during the booking process. Our services are available 24/7, and we strive to accommodate your schedule.

For airport pickups, we recommend providing your flight details so we can track your arrival and adjust the pickup time accordingly in case of delays.

For hotel or residential pickups, our drivers typically arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure prompt departure.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a range of well-maintained vehicles to suit different needs and group sizes:

  • Economy Van: Standart Mercedes Vito, standard volkswagen-transporter for up to 8 passengers with standard luggage and standard mercedes-sprinter for up to 16 passengers with standard luggage
  • Luxury VIP Van: Luxury vehicles Mercedes Maybach for up to 5 passengers with the luxury comfort level and Premium Mercedes Maybach for up to 5 passengers with the highest comfort level

All our vehicles are recent models (less than 5 years old), regularly maintained, and equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and drinkable water.

How much luggage can I bring?

The luggage capacity depends on the vehicle type:

  • Economy Van: 5 standard suitcases (20kg) and 3 hand luggage items
  • Luxury VIP Van: 5 standard suitcases and 3 hand luggage items
  • Sprinter Van: 10 standard suitcases and 8 hand luggage items

If you have larger items or special equipment (such as golf clubs, ski equipment, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can ensure your vehicle has adequate space.

Are your drivers professional and licensed?

Yes, all our drivers are:

  • Professionally licensed and certified
  • Experienced with at least 5 years of driving history
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (some drivers speak additional languages)
  • Trained in customer service
  • Knowledgeable about local areas and tourist attractions
  • Dressed in professional attire
